Sonia Pace

Born and bred in North Queensland and coming from a family with a strong history in the cane farming community in Mackay, Sonia understands the battles of small business and agribusiness. Since 1998 she has dedicated herself to helping her clients achieve their financial goals by providing personalised Financial Planning advice. She takes the time to listen and understand her clients to ensure they are maximising their entitlements and meeting their income needs both now and in the future. She believes that understanding her clients on more than just a financial level provides an excellent foundation to building a long term ongoing relationship. Her experience extends from working with a range of clients including Employees, Professionals, Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), High Net Worth clients, Agribusiness clients and Retirees.
Throughout her career, having worked in publicly listed companies for eight of those years, she noticed that the focus was more on the shareholders rather than the most important people, the clients. In 2014, she made the decision to establish Pace Financial and this has enabled her to focus on her clients and deliver the highest possible personalised service they deserve.
Whilst working for one of the Big 4 Banks, she was awarded the Christo Award recognising her commitment, honesty and positivity with her clients and colleagues as well as being ranked in the top 20 Financial Planners in Australia. Her education includes obtaining a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), achieving Self Managed Superannuation Funds, Margin Lending and Geared Investments and ASX Listed Products Accreditations as well as being accepted as an Associate Financial Planner (AFP) of the Financial Advice Association of Australia.

Allan Pascoe
Senior Financial Adviser
Allan commenced his career in financial planning in 2016 as a Financial Adviser with one of the Big 4 Banks. Since joining the team at Pace Financial in 2021, he has broadened his approach to ensure his clients receive tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and aspirations. Understanding his clients’ current position and where they want to be in their retirement provides him with the ability to ensure that a long term relationship is built to keep his clients on track.
His academic background includes a Bachelor of Business degree with dual majors in Financial Management and Accounting, complemented by an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning as well as a Margin Lending Specialist accreditation. He is also an Associate Financial Planner (AFP) of the Financial Advice Association of Australia.

Mikeeley started with the Pace Financial team in early 2023, which gave her a head start into the industry and has helped immensely throughout her studies, as she is currently studying Financial Planning through Griffith University with the ambition to join the next generation of financial advisers.
She chose the financial planning pathway as she is very passionate about helping and guiding people to reach their desired financial goals. She feels fortunate to have the expertise and guidance of excellent mentors and by working alongside them to put together advice recommendations to assist clients to reach their lifestyle goals as well as protect their wealth, has solidified her beliefs and overall values.

Chenoa feels proud to be a part of the dedicated team at Pace Financial, where she has been working as a Client Services Officer since 2022. In her role, she thrives on keeping everything organised, ensuring tasks are on track and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. She loves meeting new people and expanding her knowledge in the financial industry, which is still a relatively new and exciting venture for her.
She is passionate about providing excellent service to our clients and is committed to learning and growing in this dynamic field. Being a part of a team that values personalised attention and client satisfaction motivates her to excel in her role every day.
Originally from the charming town of Gympie, Chenoa made her way to Townsville in 2017 with her fiancé and their first bundle of joy, Kai. Since then, their family has grown and they welcomed a beautiful daughter, Piper, into the world.
